Hi all,

Just wondering if I could get any constructive criticism on my website. I am advertising on google adwords, and people are visiting my site but no sales. Please take a look at my site as though you were a customer and please advise me if there is anything i should change.

Can I be honest? Please don't think ill of me, but I just wouldn't bother buying a product like this. I think perhaps you're getting clicks because people are interested in something new that they've not heard of before, but as for spending $25 to clean my fan... just not me. I've never really noticed that my fan needs cleaning, and now after seeing your site and noticing that my fan is dirty... I vacuumed it and hey presto!
I'm really sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear, but it's simply my opinion. I'm sure your product is great quality, but just not soemthing that I'd buy.

Thank you for your honest opinion. I respect your thoughts and agree that this product may not be for everyone but it obviously is a very sort after product because our sister company sells several thousand 3 packs each month its just a case of getting the right people to my site.

Thank you for your advise anyway.

Cheers:)

I agree, it's just a matter of getting the right people. I wish you all the best though, and thanks for understanding that I wasn't trying to "have a go"!

I agree that it is probably a product that may not sell very well online by its self. I really would think personally this would be a great product for an add on sale though.

If it was me i would probably try and get into a partnership with sites that sell fans ( if there are any i am not sure) and use your product as an add on sale. as really that is the only way i can truely see the product having success.

As said above, I would become affiliated with other websites, for example websites that offer other cleaning/keep clean products such as ducted heating filters. The product does not have to be used as a 'up-sell' item it could be standalone, all you have to do is get enough customers coming through and get recognised, once this is happening look into customer relationship managment so they return and tell others about your product and service you offer

Has the business had any slight improvements, since you had made your original post?
