Merchant Rating Badge

I have added a merchant rating badge to my site. Utilizing the site wide foot banner.

However, there is nothing showing. When I run my cursor over the area where it should be, it will shows their where the image should be and you can go to the link.

Anyone have any suggestions, as data feeds is pretty new to me.

What sort of rating badge is it? Where did you get the code from? Is the badge supposed to display somthing if you dont have a rating? (some will only display somthing once you have a rating)
