Would using Google Checkout alleviate the need for:

To enable secure checkout and order processing services for your online store, built with ezimerchant Professional, registration on the ezimerchant Global Transaction Server (GTS) is required. GTS registration incurs a monthly fee, in addition to the initial cost of this software. This is paid online via credit card. The ezimerchant GTS costs $29.95 per month inc GST.
