In the older version you could use a product as a template for more products, can't see how to do this in v4

Right click on product (that is not highlighted) and click Select as template for new products. you need to make sure that the product you are selecting is not highlighted otherwise you will get the other set of fields which just has copy, cut, paste, Close IME
