With the new google toolbar, it disables the shipping options for customers and processes their order without the automatic aus-post calculations, making the order show as having no shipping and meaning they need to chase the shipping money.
My Customer isn’t happy as this has cost him time and money, as some customers have thought it unprofessional and taken their orders elsewhere.
My customer and I have played around with it and with the toolbar enabled, it doesn’t show the postage options in checkout, but if you disable it, it does. Not sure why, but thought it worth mentioning here incase others have had a similar issue.
