I built octapc.com.au hoping to sell lots of GPS, however, I seem to sell more Marine charts by C-Map than anything else. As to why I am not sure but I'd say not many marine shops have a decent and easy site to find anything plus my prices are never RRP. This is year is proving to be really good, as 2007 seemed to stagnate a little so I have high hopes but I do need to tidy it up so that there are images and descriptions for all products and remove discontinued products as quickly as possible. I did the usual, google adwords, Yellow Pages, found free search engines to list the web site, shared links and loo for products that are not listed heavily for google Australia. Finding a gold mine like that is great. I would love to turn over 10 sales a day let alone 10,000! Then again I wouldn't be using ezymerchant.
