View Full Version : Problem generating top navigation menu

I have just uploaded small text changes on some of my pages, and now on the top navigation menu the 'Home' nav menu button sits above the other menu buttons.

Any idea how I can fix it so that all the nav buttons are horizontally aligned? Even when I change the nav menu to display text links instead of images, it still places the 'Home' link above the rest of the menu links.

I am using XP Professional, IE7 and ezi V4.00.069.

Thanks,
Joanne

Hi Joanne

It looks like you have added a line break on the home page button. If you go into the 'Add new pages to your website' section of ezimerchant and look at the list of pages you will see a small red arrow on the left hand side of the home page.. If you can see this, make sure the home page is selected and then click the 'Line Break' button (its the button in the toolbar with a red down arrow in it).

When you click this, the small red arrow on the home page should dissapear.
You can then generate your site and the navigation menu should appear on one line again.

I would also reccommend you update to the latest version of ezimerchant - The version you have is now outdated. You can download the latest version from the download page (http://www.ezimerchant.com/downloads.asp) on ezimerchant.com.

It worked. Many thanks for that. I had seen the arrow but didn't realise what it was. I will also upgrade to the latest version.

Thanks again!
Joanne :)
