Have just set up templates in ezimerchant to send out newsletters and specials to our customer database. When we send an email to more than one person, we are finding the graph in the email log only shows us the results for ONE of the people we sent it to, rather than all 3 (for example).

We also just sent an email to over 300 people and this did not show up in the email log at all. We are not sure if it sent to everyone - did it stop half way - did any go?? We don't want to retry and spam our customers. Is this a bug within ezimerchant????

You may be looking at the wrong email campaign. The campaign summary will show the subject, date and sender of the selected campaign. Click Select Campaign to view statistics for the campaign you are interested in. The Select Email Campaign screen displays the date, subject and recipient count, which should help to select the campaign you are interested in.
