Price buttons - only use one?

Hi all! I'm fiddling with the cart setup now, prior to paying for it, and I was wondering how I can have 'domestic' prices button only? We don't do international sales so I wanted to get rid of that altogether. Thanks.

Removing the buttons altogether is an easy 3 step process.

1) Open the Tax Settings screen and set the international rate for GST to 10%
2) Switch to the Checkout Settings tab and remove the tick against "From International Customers"
3) Update GTS

When you generate the site, the buttons will be gone. The buttons only show up if there is a price difference between regions, which there is if there is a difference in the tax rate.
