disabling a button

I want to disable the international pricing, when a customer clicks on it it changes the pricing of the product, as I dont sell overseas I want to disable the button so that it doesnt change the prices.

1. Go into the Tax Settings section and set the GST International tax rate to 10%
2. Go into the Checkout Settings section and untick the 'From International Customers' checkbox.
3. Update the GTS.
4. Generate and then publish your site.
