The Job
Providing support for our in-house designed ecommerce software applications.
Support to be provided via telephone, email, forums and remote assistance. Ensure customer issues are managed until they are resolved; Research incidents by replicating customer's issues within a test environment. Provide feedback to product managers and developers aimed at improving the software and minimizing support.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
• Intermediate HTML, XHTML & CSS development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role
The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
• Experience with ezimerchant Professional
• Advanced HTML, XHTML & CSS development skills
• Experience in a Help Desk or Call Centre environment is a distinct advantage.
• Programming skills / Tertiary qualifications
