banners not always under the ezimerchant logo

On my web site I have 3 banners and above that there is the ezimerchant secure wording banner. Its nicely centred on the 'search page' 'view cart page' but on the home page the ezimerchant wording is not there and the on 'terms & Conditions' page the banners sit on the right side of the screen at bottom, same with 'contact us' and 'gallery page'....how can i align them in the centre under the ezimerchant banner etc.
