Can you clarify what data you were working on? Excel 2007 is quite different to Excel 2003 in the way the menus are arranged, but it still presents data in much the same way.

Actually I meant to say Office 2007.
It opens up in database.
I am looking to work with product codes and names

Hi Sharon

Im a little confused. Excel is a spreadsheet program, not a database program. Im not sure what your trying to do with it?

Excel can be used to create a product database (that can be subsequently imported into ezimerchant) but cannot be used to edit the Access database that ezimerchant uses to store its data directly.

Can you please explain in a little more details exactly what your trying to achieve.

Sorry David,
C:\ezimercpro\WebSites\Online Store 17
Open store.mdb
When I did this before using Office 2003 it would open like a spreadsheet with all the information like products codes etc.
Now when I open it in Office 2007 it is set out all different and I dont know where to go and how to make it look as before
Hope you can make sense of this

The file you were opening was an ACCESS Database file, therefore it would have opened in MS Access.

You may find that in the new version you need to double click on the Products table on the left.. See attached screen shot of the new version of Access.

Note: I would not reccomend editing your data in Access unless you are experienced in MS Access databases - there is no protection so if you mess somthing up you will need a backup of the data to restore to. So be careful.
