False Orders

Is there a way to block orders from select users,
I have a couple of Wallys who order items and never follow through with the order, is there a way to ban them ?

If you have cpanel on your hosting then you can block them from your hosting account cpanel by adding their ip address to the ban ip address from accessing your website.

There is no way to block individuals from ordering. It is possible though to ensure they follow through by only accepting payment methods that capture the funds immediately. Rather than using manual credit card, use real-time. Rather than using PayPal payments standard, change to PayPal Express checkout.
