orders need to be over $$$$

I want to be able to let customers know that we only accept orders over a certain $$. Would it be best to put it at the beginning or the end somewhere. I thought if it was at the end, they may go back and order a couple more things to make them go over the $$ limit. Maybe when they have finished selecting the items they wish to order and if it doesnt go over the $$ value, a type of pop up comes up to say "we only accept orders over $$"

The best location would be on the View Cart page. To edit the text on that page, open the "Add ew pages..." section, select the View Cart page and select the properties tab where you will be able to edit the header (above the cart) and footer (below the cart)
