Tax doesn't include postage

I think this is a bug. The tax calculation doesn't include the GST component of the postage. Presumably, for GST collection and refund purposes, the postage is part of the purchase price and needs to be taken into account?

Check the 'Tax on Freight' Setting in the TAX SETTINGS section of ezimerchant. You need to have LOCAL and DOMESTIC set to 10%

The tax settings are correct, both LOCAL and DOMESTIC set at 10.000%. Any other settings I may have missed?
