changes not uploaded

I have uploaded my site, but when I make changes to the home page for example, after I upload the site again, the website does not show the changes. Any ideas?

You must generate the site before uploading.

Maybe you just need to click Refresh on your browser as your Browser may just be showing the last viewed version of your home page.
