Pick Up from Store Option

Hi, I know this has been rased before but it would be very good to have. It would be identical to the COD/Direct Deposit options and as such I do believe it would be trivial to do

We were trying hard to save the Direct Deposit feature (and pick up from store etc) for a major release to encourage users to upgrade (and pay the upgrade fee!). Due to delays we decided to put Direct Deposit into the 3.7 upgrade - for free.

We will add the pick up option and possibly a few others in the next major release.

I always thought 3.7... 3.7.1 patches were just that, so any includes are very generous..... don't worry about 4.0 just keep going on with version 3.8 and 3.9 and then 3.a ..... ;)
