GTS server uptime

Does anyone monitor the uptime of the GTS server?

Too frequently I get phone calls from customers saying that they cannot place an order, and when I investigate it is because the secure GTS server is offline.

Is there part of the Ezimerchant website where they show the uptime? I need to evaluate whether or not to stick with ezimerchant.

Firstly,
The GTS server uptime is over 99% - It very rarely goes down. It is housed in a level 4 data centre on clustered redundant servers in Frenches Forest NSW.

We have customers with sites that process hundreds of orders a day and we must make sure the service is online all the time or our merchants loose money - And they tell us about it.

If you notice a problem please take a screen shot of the error you receive and document exactly what happens and what you were doing at the time and email it to me. I will try to advise you on what caused the problem - weather it was our service or something else that caused the error.
