I know I can use Frontpage to create forms to collect data from customers. How can I use that feature with ezimerchant?

It would be better that you didnt use the front page program to create the forms.

You should talk to your hosting company about 'form mail' components. They should be able to supply you with sample form code that you can copy and paste in to an additional page in ezimerchant Pro.
