How do I get the (Local, domestic and International ) text buttons to show up in my shopping cart. I know that to remove them just type 10.00% in all catagories in the Tax Section.
Also when I test the infomation held on the GTS all my freight costs are calculated at the International rate, How to I get my freight costs to show up as Local or Domestic.
I.e: I am based in the U.K. so if I receive a order from the U.K. it should show up as local freight costs, and not as International.)

ezimerchant Pro treats LOCAL customers as customers in YOUR state/province
DOMESTIC are customers OUTSIDE your state/province but still inside your country. We agree that this is not ideal for areas such as the UK where tax needs to be applied to all countries in the EU. We will hopefully address these issues in future versions of ezimerchant Pro.

How do I get the local, domestic and International buttons to show up on my checkout.
and why is the GTS calculating all my orders at International rate even if they are local,
it makes my freight calculations charge to much for my products.

Hi Pete
Your current frieght settings are:
Freight Settings
Freight Mode initial + charges by weight
Initial Local Charge 1.5
Initial Domestic Charge 1.5
Intital International charge 1.5
Freight Ranges
Min Max Amount
Local Domestic International
0.01 0.50 $1.68 $2.98 $5.02
0.51 1.00 $3.46 $5.48 $9.02
1.01 1.50 $4.45 $7.98 $14.02
1.51 2.00 $4.78 $10.48 $18.52
2.01 3.00 $7.20 $15.48 $27.52
3.01 4.00 $7.20 $20.48 $36.52
You must make sure your products ALL have weight values in them and that you have used the same units of weight as you have used in your freight table.
You must also make sure that your table caters for ALL possible weights.
Example: Your table only goes up to a weight unit of 4.0.
IF a customer purchases many products and the total weight of those products is GREATER than four then ezimerchant pro will ONLY charge the initial value (which you have set to 1.5 for local, domestic and international)
Once you have made the changes you must generate and upload the site AND update the GTS server for the changes to take effect. You may also need to refresh/reload each page of your site in your browser to make sure it isnt displaying older cached pages with old product weights embedded in the html code.

Hi David,
I did as you said and reset my browser and checked my products Freight. increased the Postal weights to 10kg
I updated GTS and updated my web-site.
I then ordered some items from my web-site and when I got to the confirmation page, the GTS had processed my order in International prices instead of Local prices. I downloaded my orders to ezimerchant download page and confirmed the prices are in International rate.( If I remove International prices and up grade GTS it says Error, But if I remove local or domestic I get no Error message)

Hi Pete
When you say you 'remove the international prices' exactly where did you do this from? Try setting to 0.

Hi David I have Found What is wrong.
When I FTP to my web-site, as i watch the data uploading I noticed it said,
Local off Domestic off International on
how do I turn on Local and Domestic.
The answer to your question is I removed International from GTS, so GTS was right to say error because local and domestic was in off mode, which means removing International left GTS with no options, because it was the only freight option in on mode.

Hi David,
In checkout pages where it says accept orders if I tick all three and upload to GTS and upload to my web-site, when I make a test order the GTS confirmation page calculates my weight charges at International prices.
If I un-tick International customers and upload to GTS and my web-site, make a test order as soon as i click on proceed to checkout it comes up with Error with server if error persists contact support.
If I re-tick International customers then I do not get an ERROR message, but GTS is only excepting International orders only.
How can I get GTS to except local and domestic orders.
Yours,
Pete

Hi David,
If I tick local and domestic only and upload to GTS, and then try to order from my web site when I press proceed to checkout I get Server Error, please contact ezimerchant if problem persists.

Hi David no need to bother I have sorted out my buttons problem, I removed as much as I could from ezimerchant cart, (saved my Product and catagories data. uninstalled ezimerchant.)
Re-installed from disc, updated on web to 3.7 version and (reinstalled products and catagories data ) now there is no problem at all. I think the problem I had was because the button data did not down-load from my original trial program.
Yours,
Pete.
