hey guys, am trying to find somewhere to host my site, first time I have ever done this... Have been checking up on everyone's suggestions, also looking for myself. Is there any way of estimating how much bandwidth is needed for a site? Also how much storage space is needed?
Has anyone heard of SmartyHost (www.smartyhost.com.au). They seem to be extremely cheap, but does anyone know how reliable they are?
Thanks,
Barbara

Hi Barbara
We reccommend www.myshophosting.com (http://www.myshophosting.com)
They specialise in hosting only ezimerchant Pro websites. They also have support (me) available to help you setup your email program and also to show you how to upload your website.
We have gained many a disgruntled customer from Smarty Host over the years, they are cheap but seem to lack good customer service which you really need when you rely on your web site for an income.

Just an update to my original post way back when... I have had many, many serious problems with this company (including downtime of over 50 hours) and would seriously urge people not to go with them.
