I am confused about Pay Pal and Ezimerchant. I have written to support but haven't received a response yet so I thought I'd try the forums:
1. Now that Ezimerchant is integrated with Pay Pal, I have set up my Pay Pal account to accept transactions in other currencies and convert to US Dollars. But when you try and use the Pay Pal pay now button in Ezimerchant, an error is generated saying:
"This recipient does not accept payments denominated in AUD. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency."
Why is this so? Can anyone tell me why it doesn't go through successfully?
2. If the only way to make the Ezimerchant PayPal button work is to have all the prices in American Dollars, I suppose I would have to create a second, duplicate store - one store for AUD$ credit card sales and one store for US$ Pay Pal sales. Can you do this with Ezimerchant?
Or is the answer to 1. much easier and I am just missing some piece of information.
