Hello All,
I have recently taken over a website that is using ezi-merchant pro (thrown in the deep end) and have since found out that the original site was not completed properly and the cart was not working at all, even though my client was still being billed for the use of the GTS anyway that isnt the actual problem, since reading through the manual that I downloaded I noticed that there is only "one" account per web site, now what I need to know is my clients web site has been taken offline and all html files downloaded and I now have a copy of those files "But" there is no backup file available as the previous person never gave a backup to my client grr! and now that I am creating a complete new site from scratch how do I disable the previous account so I can setup the new one on the GTS "or" can I just use the account that is allready there or will it tell me that there can only be one site per account........ as there will only be one site in the end how do I go about changing it ?? I really hope someone can make out what i am trying to say in my round about way :)
p.s. After the site is completed is it ok to edit the html so I can match the clients company color's better to the site (ie: just colors not cart code) ?
