is it possible to make the site for 1 country only?

im using the demo version.

so far it looks great however we will only be selling in the uk.

is it possible to turn off the international part of the site when we generate it?

Yes, you can make the international prices go away simply by setting the LOCAL/DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL tax rates to be the EXACT same value in the TAX DETAILS section of ezimerchant. You can also make the checkout restrict orders to your country only. This is setup in the Checkout Settings section.
