Hi David,
When I've finished processing a customer's order, I've been emailing them manually to let them know that their parcel has been shipped. Do you think something could be set up so that when I drag and drop the customer(s) into the "Completed Orders" folder (in the "download orders from the web" module - an automatic email could be sent saying their package was on it's way? Or some other system? It would save me a heap of time!
