Windows XP doesnt cause any issues with ezimerchant Professional.
There is one thing however that may confuse some users.
When you generate your website in ezimerchant and Internet Explorer (IE) displays the localy built web site, IE will deactivate all scripting and warns you that it has done so, and then gives you the option of enabling it.
If its left disabled then no prices will display and the cart will not function.
This is a security feature built into Windows XPsp2 that affects LOCAL files only. Once the site is uploaded to the internet then a different set of security rules apply and scripting is not disabled by default.
So, when you generate your site and IE asks you if you want to enable the scripting components on the page simply enable it.

Hi David,
I seem to be having some trouble with XP SP2. I've just uploaded some new pages (http://www.byronshop.com.au/category30_1.htm ) and the prices don't display. When I generate the site locally, the prices do display.
