Create themes for ezimerchant pro

I'm wondering if you guys provides support or allow any web developer to create themes for ezimerchant pro from scratch in stead of editing on existing themes?

Yes you can create from scratch using the EM codes and HTML but editing a pre-existing theme would be easiest option

We have many web developers building templates for ezimerchant Pro. www.practical-webs.com is a good example.

Bcarroll is correct however - Its probably easier to edit an existing template rather than start from scratch.. But its upto you.
