Is there a way to make sure a customer fields out their email address in the checkout field.
It is an required field.
Imagine my surprise when I got an order with no email address in the field.
Also is it possible to streamline the checkout pages from 4 to say, 2?
Its rather lengthy and I've had reports of ppl bombing out in 3 and 4th stages.

There is absolutly no way to produce an order on our GTS server without a valid email address of some sort.

If you believe you have such an order please email the details to me personally and I will investigate.

For the record the email address is a required field and is checked by the GTS before the customer is allowed to proceed to the payment page.

The GTS checkout is a two page process - not a four page process as Shel states.

(the first page asks the customer for address/contact details, the second page asks them to confirm the details and to provide payment information. The only other page they see is the confirmation page!) ezimerchant Professional provides one of the simplest checkout processes I have seen.
