I bought AWP EZ Mercahant Ver 3.5 a few years ago, the business never got off the ground, but I now have a business that has got going using a very basic set of PDF's on the web, but really requires full Ecommerce facilities ASAP. I have several questions;

1 Can I upgrade to the latest version, but on a different PC? If so how much and what do I need to do?

2 I know that EZM is for one website only, but can it be accessed from more than one PC? I would like to work on it from my notebook when I'm travelling or on holidays.

3 I'm preparing a business plan for a Merchant Facility with my bank, where is the MS Word version of the Business Plan template located?

4 Would you class interfacing with the Aussie Post postage calculator a task for novices?

Hi Grahame

1. Upgrade from 3.5.x to the latest version is free - Just download the patch from our website.

2. ezimerchant Pro stores all of your website data on your PC's hard drive.. So working from more than one PC is not reccommended.

3. The Business plan template is actually at the back of the business toolkit PDF that you already have.

4. Its easy - We have done all the integration code.. All you need to do is enter your product weights!
