We are an Australian merchant who's market is only aimed at Australia and I realise that this request maybe would not suit your merchants overseas, but here goes!!
Is there any chance of changing the options available in the "Initial Shipping Charge Only" section so that you could select the freight charge by Australian State? We offer a "Flat rate" shipping cost so this selection suits us best but at the moment all other States other than your local State are charged the same rate. It would be nice to be able to set a freight charge for each individual State. As we ship all over Australia it would be nice for us to be able to " target" an individual State and offer a different freight cost to tie in with any marketing going on in the same area.
