We charge to ship the first item, but will send up to 3 more in the same package for no additional postage cost. Does the new update help us? I took a quick look but can't see how do get this to work.

Hi

The only way to achieve this is by weight, using either the inbuilt freight method "Base shipping charge plus weight charges" OR the Australia Post DRC.

If your using the first method you will need to make sure you specify weight ranges that will allow you to do what you want.

For example:

0gm -> 200 gm.

Then if your product weighs 50gm a customer could order upto 4 of them before breaking out of that weight range into the next range (201gm -> XX)

With the Australia Post DRC it would work in a similar way however instead of you specifing the weight ranges and post charges, Australia Post would do it. Read the documentation available inside of ezimerchant regarding the Australia Post DRC method - It should explain how it works for you.

To get to this documentation go into the MODFIY FREIGHT COSTS section and choose Australia Post DRC from the drop down list. Then click the BLUE QUESTION MARK.

Note: If you end up not wanting to use the DRC make sure you switch back to the desired freight method before closing the Freight window.

I am finding the DRC freight on the Order report is not showing GST correctly or the Inc. Tax is incorrect. For Example, the ex gst price on an item is $300, tax rate is 10% quantity is 1, sub total is $330. Then the sub freight is shown again as $330, the freight is $11.00 with a total of $341. It then states the Inc. Tax is $30. It should show $31.00.

The order report does make the tax confusing.. But what the customer see's on the order confirmation page and reciept email is correct.
