Just wondering if it was possible to have a page to the GTS server for the receptionist to fill out a telephone order on one page without going thru the main shopfront.
The benefits of this, as I can see, would be
a) faster processing of orders as we are in different locations & secure
b) Possible drop down list of stock items, etc.
c) Eliminating excess paperwork
I could manually set up a SSL page on my server, but it would be nice if I was able to give the receptionist a link that bypasses the front of the shop and have telephone orders efficiently keyed into the system, on the one page as she took them off the customer and then stored into the GTS server would be handy.
