I would like to see some kind of summary that shows the pages that have been clicked on, thus I can see what products people are or are not viewing.

I would have thought whoever was hosting your website would be able to make this data available without too much of a hassle?

Most hosts run one or two pieces of software that provide a multitude of stats including pages hit, time of day, week or month; where the hits came from; what browser they used etc etc etc.

myshophosting provides both AWSTATS and WEBALIZER stats - Two leading opensource statisitcs packages. You could ask your current hosting provider to show you how to access theirs and if they dont offer it let me know :-)
