I have a couple of suggestions that I think could improve the GTS,
1. It would be great if you could make customers have to verify their email address i.e. enter it twice. The amount of people who stuff it up is amazing! This is especially annoying when they have selected to pay by Direct Deposit because they then don't get the bank account details sent to them automatically.
2. The title "City" in the address entry part seems to confuse people. I think Suburb or at least City/Suburb would be much better. Some people get confused and make a mess of entering their address so when you do a Dymo print out it makes it very hard to read.
