Hi,
I was wondering if there was a possibility if customers can leave feedback automayically on our webite or a discussion page where they can leave comments or ask questions in Ezimerchant?

your website hosting provider usually has forum adding capabilities from the cpanel or admin area of your website.
Beware, however that you will be swamped with spam entries wanting to use your forum to list their website, thereby creating an extra link to themselves - I got so sick of it I closed our forum down

I thought about that, and it seems quite alot of people go onto forums not to contribute or ask questions, feedback but one time posters who just link spam. Hence, the thought is at the back of my mind...until I find a better solution.
