Resizing Template but 'view cart' page is throwing it out

Hi guys

Spent the best part of yesterday on this one with no luck..

I am readjusting Temp 2 as I like the skinny middle (650px I think) - all going fine, readjusted all the webcontent pages and all appearing fine with width 650

The one page I couldn't get to shrink was the View Cart page, despite putting the html file/code into a 650 table, and despite trying many things. In my html editor the tag is saying that it is 650, but when I loaded it the browser is reading it as 100% width.

Does anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?

You must have some html element that is making the page larger than you want.. Ezimerchant Pro simply uses the templates you give it.. Check each and every cell/table of your custom theme for the error.
