consequences of buying/registering the product?

If/when I move from the trial version to the full blown (purchased) version, will I lose all the products, etc. that I have loaded into the trial version? i.e. Will I have to start from scratch again?

Also, I have been playing around making changes to the images in the templates- so they better suit my unique taste in colours ;-)
Will these be overwritten? Is there a risk of overwriting these in some way within the product on a day to day basis? (I know that keeping a back up is always the answer..)

No, the trial version will simply be upgraded to the full version - so all the work you do will not be lost.

If you want to modify one of our templates you should rename the template folder name.

e.g. 00001 -> MyCustomTempalte

That way it wont get overwritten and ezimerchant Pro will display it in the themes list with its own unique name.
