If for example i put taps at £10 delivery and a bath at £30 how will the delivery charges work. If a customer buys baths and a tap would the delivery charges add together realisticly i want it to pick the highest price for delivery how can this work???

If you choose the 'per product' freight method then ezimerchant Pro would add the cost of freight for each item purchased.. So in your example the total freight charge would be £40.
You could alternatively use the weight option and give your products a weight unit value.
Example:
Bath 30000g.
Taps: 1000g.
Then create a freight weight table somthing like this
FROM WEIGHT,TO WEIGHT,LOCAL,DOMESTIC,INTERNATIONAL
0,1500,£10.00,£10.00,£10.00
1501,2000,£12.00,£12.00,£12.00
2001,5000,£15.00,£15.00,£15.00
etc
etc
30000,10000000,£30.00,£30.00,£30.00
This way the customer could buy say a bath and a tap and only be charged £30.
Or if they buy ONE tap the postage would be £10.00.
Or if they buy TWO taps the postage would be £12.00
etc
etc
