I was wondering if anyone has set up an ebay shop as well as there main site?
If so, can you put a link on it to your main site?
I thought it may be a good way to direct traffic to your site as well as help move slow stock.

No - you can not link to a site outside of ebay - this is against the ebay rules and they will quickly close your auctions if they see this - and they do regular scans for this

I'm also looking at joining Clixgalore as a merchant with possibly starting an affiliate program in the future.

Have you any tips or experience with Cixgalore?

We've done that as monkeynose_com (you can't have a .com in your ebay username!) and also our shop logo is the same as our website main logo which has the .com name incorporated.
I don't know how long it will be before it gets pulled down - but it is driving traffic our way.

You can put in a link and/or reference to your web site in your eBay "about me" page. That's within the eBay rules.
