Hi,
I was wondering if other people was having the same problem as me.

I have noticed that on some orders the freight is not included. I have checked my freight settings and all seems okay.

Only sometimes I get the occasional order without the freight included. I will have to e-mail my customers and revise the order with the freight added on. But sometimes the customer pays via direct deposit and it's just a pain to ask them to do another direct deposit for the freight.

I was wondering if anybody else has the same issue or is it just me.

Got the latest version of Ezimerchant? , I suggest you make a backup, and reinstall it.

This is actually a reasonably common support issue when using freight ranges (which you are). Most commonly an order falls above the highest range value, resulting in no freight charge. In your particular case you actually have a gap between your first and second range. A recent order falls into this gap. ezimerchant correcly calculated $0 freight. You will need to edit your freight ranges to eliminate the gap and ensure that the highest range goes high enough to catch all cases.

Yes, I have just found out I do have a Gap in my freight charges. No wonder all of the orders which were in that Gap had no freight charge.
My mistake and problem fixed.

bet you lost a bit of dough from that problem annie? , so many little things we have to remember with our sites, Hopefully Ill remember not to leave a gap in the frieght charges ;).

Well, it's my own fault so I can't blame anyone. Thank goodness it was just a small proportion of orders....Now it's fixed no more issues.
