Editing product style layout,

Hi, I currently am using a default style for my product layout that my web designer made, but i am interested in having it go down the page instead of having 2 products than next row, I know ezimerchant offers this style , problem is I want the background of each product to be black not white, and I can find any styles that offer this, question is, How can I edit these manually (if i can) and how do i go about this, eg ezimerchant folder.

ezimerchant has a few product layout styles which have two columns.

example: Style19col.tbl

This file is located: c\program files\ezimercpro\styles\brief

This is basically a HTML table. You can edit it in notepad or rename the file to .htm and edit it in Front Page 2003 etc and change it to how you want it, then save as a new file in same folder and rename it so it has the .tbl extension so ezimerchant can find it.

Note: in future versions of ezimerchant it will detect both .htm and .tbl style files. (it was a mistake on our part to give them a .tbl file extension in the first place)
