David,
when my customers select paypal for payment they always get double charged for postage. Can I stop this without having to add paypal to each catagory. I will be there forever if this has to be done.
Thanks Mary
I just discovered this and have lost of spare time.

Hi
You seem to be using a combination of you OWN paypal buttons and the ezimerchant integrated paypal feature.
You will need to test each one to see which one is causing the problem. My guess is its the paypal buttons you have manually added to your site.
Also, Mary.. Your GTS checkout pages look terrible compared to your site. I can fix this up for you, can you call me when your infront of your machine and we can sort it out. We can change the background colour of the GTS pages to black and then at our end we can make all the text silver so that the checkout matches your site. Also, we can add a nice logo to the top of the checkout.

Thanks David, I will do that, but the problem with the paypal is that some people do not want to go through the checkout and they want to pay with paypal. If I remove the button then I lose those sales. Let me know if you have any more ideas, I will call you on Monday so you can help with the checkout page. Thanks for that.

I had this problem also, funny thing is two or three customers ordered before someone complained.
I believe that ezimerchant already adds the shipping in the code..so you have to set your paypal accout to 0.00 shipping. I think that may help.
