I seem to have a lot of disconnections due to errors such as syntax, timed out, something else already logged in, not connected etc etc.

is an example of this issue, for which I don't have an answer. As you can see I have reconnected 42 times and I have will most likely hit 100. Any clues?

Sounds like your FTP server is having issues. You might also like to check that you dont have firewall software blocking ezimerchant from communicating.

i had upload issues with a new computer - in the upload to site section, if you toggle the Passive (PASV) to the opposite - on/off - that worked for me.

This issue has been going ever since I purchased Ezimerchant some 3 years ago. I will try thr PAV trick, thanks peoples.

I have had an issue with uploads with the last couple of versions prior to that it was fine.

The main problem is that the program 'hangs' half way through an upload. It tends to do this every 3 or 4 upload which for me is a couple of times a day and very frustrating

Toggling the PASV doesnt seem to do anything for me

Just an update I have had no issues with this with the Passive 'On'

Hopefully that will fix it

After changing the passive to on it has reduced the number of errors and reconnects from say 100 down to 15. When ezimerchant decides to upload all pages again (still can't work out why) it saves so much time as I have about 2,400 pages.
