Having tired of paying exorbitant per-transaction fees to access a fully automated credit card transaction processing "gateway", we are now quite happy to manually process credit card orders individually - as they arrive.
The one thing that does have potential to cause a headache, however, is the way the EziMerchant transaction server remits its "Order Reports" - specifically in respect of the "Card Number" line on same.
In the next upgrade, can some consideration be given to forcing a "space" between each set of four digits that appear on the Order Report, thanks?
Perhaps the online order form interface itself could do with this enhancement, so that customers might pick up any mis-typed number before hitting "send".
While not everyone proofreads their order as well as they might, on some sites certain webpage designers have provided four separate boxes to accommodate the 16 digits.
Such a minor clarification would provide added peace of mind for both customer and shopkeeper alike...especially among those of us whose eyesight is fading faster than we care to admit!! : )
