When reporting bugs, it is very helpful to us if you provide us with as much information as possible about your situation so that we can try to reproduce the bug in house.
If we cannot reproduce a bug, chances are we cannot fix it.
SO, the most important information you can provide is information on how to reliably reproduce the bug.
Other information we need are:
Windows Version - example: Windows XP Home
Internet Explorer version - Example V7.0.5700.6
ezimerchant version - Example: V4.00.123 - This is important.
