Hi Dave,

We have PayPal as an accepted payment method. When we process a test order via PayPal, we get the following error message:

Some of our customers have also received this message too.

Can you enlighten me please?

Hi all,

After a phone chat with David, we have a solution. If the above happens to you, logon to your Paypal account and go to your Profile (top right menu). In there select Website Payment Preferences int he right hand side column.
Scroll down till you see Encrypted Wesite Payments and tick the off button.
