Is there any way to do this? I've tried everything on the "editing Themes" tutorial, but I can't find anywhere to edit the components of the Horizontal nav bar. I've just changed the colour of one of the buttons (save as...), but can't find anywhere to attach the new file name. Or should I just change the original jpeg and not create a new one?

Hope this makes some kind of sense,
Thanks

Hi

The horizontal Nav bar can be generated by ezimerchant in one of two ways.

1. As images

The buttons are based on GIF images.

Called buttonon.gif and buttonoff.gif - Located in the theme folder.
These images could be edited if you wish.

The text font/colour etc thats overlayed onto these buttons is controlled by settings in the settings.ini file (also in the theme folder)
Note: You are restricted to using colours that are present in the colour pallette of the GIF buttons. If you choose a colour for the text thats not available ezimerchant will use another available colour - producing some strange results.

2. As text

If you are a webdesigner and know CSS we would reccommend this option as you can apply CSS to the <#HorizontalNavBar> tag to determine the layout/size/colour/font etc.

Aaa Hah! Thanks for that Dave, I'm learning so much through using Ezimerchant and these forums!

Cheers,
