ezimerchant Professional V4.0 has higher system requirements than older versions of ezimerchant Pro.
The new basic minimum system requirements are as follows:
Windows XP SP2 (Vista Support comming soon - See here (http://forums.ezimerchant.com/showthread.php?t=777) for more details)
Internet Explorer 7.0 or above
Pentium 4 CPU or equivalent or above
512meg RAM minimum
Please Note: Internet Explorer V6.0 is NOT supported - you must upgrade your browser to IE7 before installing ezimerchant Professional V4.0.
Windows Versions no longer supported:
Windows 98
Windows ME
Windows 2000
Many clients have asked us why we have dropped support for older operating systems and also Windows XP with IE6. The fact is that the older operating systems including Windows XP with versions of Internet explorer prior to V7 are just not secure enough. By making the minimum requirements Windows XP Service Pack 2 with IE7 or later we are helping protect both our clients and our clients clients.
