Could someone clarify for me just how the licensing arrangement of this product works when we build a website for a client. We have bought Ezimerchant and have constructed a website for a client. We are ready to hand the site over to him and want him to pay the monthly GTS charge. Does he need to buy a full version of Ezimerchant to manage his sales or can he manage these directly through his server?

Hi

ezimerchant Professional comes with a licence to build one website. If you have purchased ezimerchant Professional with the intention of building a website for a client then you will need to pass on the licence key (or registration number/username/password if you already registered) to your client as well as a copy of the program.

They will need ezimerchant Pro installed on there pc to maintain the website and download orders etc.

If you wish to build another website then you will require an additional licence - These cost $299.00 each and can be purchased by calling our sales line. Each additional site also pays the monthly GTS fees.

It would be better in future to make the customer pay for the software and bill them a little extra on the monthly payments to get a little extra bonus cash. If they don't pay ontime, you have the control to shut down GTS, thus stopping the billing.
